Express Entry – Fastest Path to Permanent Residency in Canada
Purpose: If you’re a skilled worker and want to make Canada your permanent home, the Express Entry system is your best option. It’s the fastest way to apply for permanent residency, but you must meet specific requirements based on one of three programs: the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program, and Canadian Experience Class.
Prerequisites:
- Eligibility for One of the Express Entry Programs:
- Federal Skilled Worker Program: Requires at least one year of continuous full-time skilled work experience in the last 10 years, language proficiency, and education credentials.
- Federal Skilled Trades Program: Requires work experience in a skilled trade, and you must meet language proficiency and other eligibility criteria.
